I put the Exchange accounts into Bayesian spam-lover (as that's the most error-prone) and then set IMFTune to put messages with the Bayesian=yes header into the user's junk email. So I just use IMFTune to tweak Exchange IMF. I'm not a huge fan of IMFtune as it's a bit buggy and yes, I didn't feel like I should be paying for it either.
