Ok, you're using FreePBX/Trixbox. That's relevant because now you should be making changes through the GUI unless the feature you want isn't supported in the GUI.
You have to look at your trunk and outgoing route settings in FreePBX. I can't remember exactly where, but there's a place to specify the digit that's needed to access an outside line. Just hover your mouse over the labels in the form and it'll bring up help. Make sure you're using Zap/g0 as your group and it should work just fine. If you can set the digit in _both_ trunk and route, then set it for the trunk only. That way, if you get a regular analog line in the future, you can use the same route and just create a new trunk.
