AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH STEP BACK FROM THE WINDOW
OKI have found my problem and the it is the centrex lines themselves. If you dial out on only one it works doesn't matter which one, but tie one up and the second does not get out no matter what. I verified that with 2 phone on the lines. So there is nothing wrong with asterisk or trixbox.
