Audio reproduction is only as good as its weakest link, so deciding what to upgrade depends on which component is most limiting your current system.
In my own systems over the decades, speaker upgrades have made the most obvious improvements. The magnitude of difference between various speakers seems to be much greater than the difference between other components. And without excellent speakers, you may not be able to notice the more subtle improvements produced by upgrading other components.
