I think in this argumentation is a flaw.

Differences in analog playback ARE audible if you try to measure them
with a flawed measurement (i.e. recording analog audio with an unsynced
clock).
Bitperfect ---> DA --> analog ---> AD ---> recorder/audio diff maker

So this doesn't prove anything, its merely a selffulfilling policy.

More important is the following chain:

Bitperfect --> DA ---> analog ---> ear ---> brain

Unfortunately this can't be measured (yet) but do you really claim that
playing the same wav you can hear differences (without ADM) ? 
As others said already - if thats the case then theres no need to talk
about wav vs. flac.
