We have very sophisticated methology for that kind of projects. It's
called "metagile development":

planning - heavy metal (keeps architects motivated and thinking they
can turn hell into fridge with their great plan)
development - rock (keeps developers hard working as they wanna buy
one of those big expensive girl catching choppers so they need
money)
testing - black metal (keeps testers in bad mood so they try to break
the code, and thats the best testing method)
release - death metal ( if the team survive this, it definitely
survive hart attack which comes when something goes wrong at last
minute)
