I have seen discussions regarding attempts to point יהוה like אֲדֹנָי which yields יְהֹוָה. In the Masoretic notes יהוה is always to be read as אֲדֹנָי... So while יהוה itself is not ever pronounceable, it seems that people have assumed a pronunciation for it based on the qere reading.
