I'm sure it will be repaired but ten days even it they are business days
should be me receiving my BN around August 18. It's just frustrating
because on my initial calls it appeared to me that my baby would be fixed,
voc rehab would be contacted for payment, and then I'd see my baby.
Yesterday they said I'd wouldn't see my baby and that the repairs wouldn't
be made until payment was received. There stories aren't the same from one
call to the other. It seems that Humanware is making up different rules or
policy decisions regarding the repair and payment with each call. Most
companies don't work that way.
