Hi, I have never had a maintenance agreement for any of my note takers from Humanware and Pulsedata before them. A few months ago at a local display I asked a humanware staff member about one and he knew nothing about them. But I don't think it matters about a maintenance agreement when it comes to your SMA. I have never sent my Classic in for regular cleaning and haven't had a problem with the display. The only problems I have had with my PK have been known to the humanware staff and have been covered under warrantee. So I have had no need for a maintenance agreement and will still be getting SMA's for both my PK and newly transplanted MPower.

Kim told us you cannot upgrade to a new display in a transplant. If Dean Jackson were still alive, we don't believe this whole saga would be happening. "Never pity missionaries; envy them.
