Why should it take so long?  When I used to send the Optacon in years ago,
other than when there was really something wrong with the array, I could get
it back in one week.  

Customer service isn't what it once was.

I just sent mine in for a new battery.  They told me it should take two to 
three weeks.  It left here Thursday evening, so we'll see how long it really

takes.
