Hi,

I am using Black Cat decaf with the following extraction parameters:

Brew temp 202F
18g
2 oz in ~35 seconds

I did try the brew temp at 199F using 18g. The shot tasted smoother
but I like it to have a little more 'bite'. Need to experiment a
little more.
