This brings up something I've been trying to discern more often now when I
ask baristas what their settings are...  On the shot time, is that from the
time they flip the lever/switch, or from "first drop"?  On my BII, that can
be a very significant difference (I'm usually seeing about 9 seconds before
first drop.  I've seen shot times mentioned both ways.
