Joe,those numbers sound fine
Look for the dark colored crema that tells you coffe is fresh and extracting 
optimally. You can keep it running till the stream start to lighten in 
color, then stop the pour.My shots are longer rather than shorter timed.   I 
use Mazzer E too,with ridgless baskets, either 17 gram and 21 gram. They 
both contain all the ground coffee, and just like you, no waste or 
mess.Putting just 15 grams into a 21 gram triple basket might give you more 
headspace than needed.Not sure how much that will matter, but check out the
