I am doing 1/2 pound Sidamo beans , 1 pound setting, P1 at 116.5
volts. I am getting the 1st crack at 16.5 minutes and the beginning
of the 2nd crack at 18.5 to 19 minutes...... a little bit long don't
you think so?
Is it true that it is better if roasts are done in about 16 minutes?
