But YOU aren't even familiar with the rules, Jeroen. YOU broke them yourself when you SILENCED Erik. Your rules say spam is "unsolicited commercial email". Erik was NOT spamming by YOUR OWN RULES. Yet he received no warning before you SILENCED him.
In answer to your question about moderation, do you mean that you will be the moderator? Someone who cannot follow his own rules? Someone who has SILENCED two of our listmembers for your OWN SINS? Someone who has made death threats to three people? Is that the person who would moderate the list? That doesn't sound very moderate to me.
