what does higher value mean? Software quality? I think
the Indian programmers getting out of college are
incredible programmers and some are just plain gifted.
if not software quality, what does higher value equal?
By the way, I was looking through one of your threads
where someone said you were not a good/experienced
programmer and you listed all the systems and
languages you worked on! I almost hit the floor.
Impressive! Where any of the machines you worked on
using punch cards? I just couldn't have been a
programmer during the old days.

That is what I thought too. But many articles I have
read recently talk about software research going
overseas too. This includes Google and Yahoo!
