Issue tracker? I look at it from perspective of some casual user who looks for answer, does not care about subscribing to the list and wants their question answered. It's not an issue tracker - it's QA board. I like the ability to segregate questions from discussion, ability to tag questions for better search and ability to clearly mark question as answered. Having this in one place is quite the opposite of what you're describing. Instead of having google groups on google, and uservoice on uv, we can have them both in one place blended with Castle's website. > > One obvious bug that was annoying, is that heaps of the topics I clicked on > tells me "This topic is awaiting moderation" rather than not showing the > topic at all. good point, although we don't get as much traffic as JQuery, and I guess we'd be able to moderate messages quicker. Anyway, to set the record straight - I'm not being pushy about it. I just feel the shortcomings of our current system (from user's perspective). People prefer to go to StackOverflow ask their questions because its more suited for that than our current system. I simply think that Zoho would suit that need better.
