In order. 1. When you look at it, most questions on User group are from one-to- few times visitors. They can then either subscribe to rss feeds or notifications about topics they've started or just see that through web interface.
2. Do you know if you can convert a question into a problem? - No I don't. We'd have to check. 3. Only problem is that I think UV is nicer. - I agree. 4. Do you know if Zoho has an option like google groups to email you each email that arrives which you can then reply to? I'm pretty sure they do. See "Email to Post / Email Drop box" on features site.
