I do agree mostly with John Resig about google groups in his recent post. The google groups spam filter is so poor while the gmail one works so well, I don't understand how those 2 teams don't work together.
We get by with the moderation technique fairly well since we have people in different time zones, however I don't understand how Zoho is going to be any different once spambots learn how to login and post spam to these discussion boards.
