1) It's public record, look it up.

2) So the Democrats ruled the house. The president proposes a budget.
Reagan's were always higher than the Dems.

3) I'm not going to go to a terribly biased website like Heritage.org and
expect to get anything reliable.

4) In 1988 I did a radio debate with Rodger Hedgecock in San Diego. He had
read one of my columns attacking the Reagan/Bush economic policies, so he
had me on his radio show to debate him. Besides providing dead on accurate
predictions about the coming recession caused by Reagan/Bush, I pointed out
that the so-called Reagan tax cut would only benefit the wealthy. Hedgecock
took issue with that and said, "Well, poor people will benefit. Last year
anybody earning less than $13,000 didn't pay any taxes." "Rodger," I said,
"Last year, I earned less than $13,000 and I PAID TAXES." "Well, you won't
pay any next year," he said. You know what? The next year, I earned about
the same and I STILL PAID TAXES. In other words, not ONCE in my lifetime
have the Republicans promised to save me money on my tax return and have
they delivered on that promise. Not once. It's all hot air and rhetoric.
Now, if I were rich ...

Please point me to any reliable source that would back this up(not CNN and
not an editorial, real numbers). Didn't we have a Democrat majority back
then?

Assuming you make what a typical programmer does, and the Democrats don't
screw it up, you should save thousands per year, increasing over the next
ten years. Please calculate your savings and send it back to the feds if you
don't like it. Just don't force me and everyone else to do the same.
I'm not sure if this is accurate but check out
