No, if they terminate their pregnancy by direct physical action then they
are responsible, but a miscarriage or still birth is obviously different.

If you follow this logic through - if a woman has a miscarriage or a
still birth, then they are responsible for the "death" of that child,
maybe even directly
According to you, Abortion = Murder, so therefore Miscarriage or Still
Birth = Murder or Manslaughter at the very least
Are you going to go up to women who have just had a miscarriage and
accuse them of manslaughter?
