What "ample" evidence. I want to see it. I am not saying it is not true, I want to see it in a court of law, which is how we should have pursued this in the first place. Gather evidence, get the bad guys, have a trial. The Taliban even offered to give him to us if we could supply good evidence. I guess it was not convincing. (snicker, don't get me wrong, there is little doubt in my mind they would have given him to us regardless, the trial would be in absentia.)
