Scenario A:
You bloody my nose, I strike back and bloody nose.

Outcome A:
Both go to hospital for broken nose, maybe. We go on with our lives.

Scenario B:
You bloody my nose, I sue your butt in court and we negotiate there.

Outcome B:
I go to hospital for broken nose, but Larry H. Parker will get me $2.1
