I'm wanting to work myself up to jogging/running... a lot.  I don't have 
specific goals yet, because I'm not sure what's realistic.

I'm in good cardio shape, but I'm well aware that doesn't necessarily translate 
into being able to jog/run.

What do you guys recommend to get started?  I've been doing 20-30 minutes on 
the treadmill and trying to jog for 1 of every 5 minutes and do a realy brisk 
walk in between.  Is this the best idea?  Will I just find that after a while I 
can run easily for longer?  Am I better off just walking 'faster and faster' 
until I'm jogging?
