Again you need to go back in history. Saddam had a habit of suddenly, 
out of the good graces of his heart to allow the inspectors to do their 
thing only when someone turned up the heat. He would play his cat and 
mouse game with them, they would get frustrated and call it quits. It 
happened over and over, so what were we supposed to do? Just keep 
playing his little game? Personally I was getting tired of it. Every 
time he would start his little game of shooting missiles at our jets, or 
he would move his army closer to Kuwait or Saudi Arabia, our unit would 
be put on alert. Gets tiring after a while.
