What is the difference between what Franklin experience, living through the 
possibility of getting killed by the French or by the Huron nation and what 
we are going through now.

In other words his words are still applicable.

Am I to be tracked?

What about the American citizens who engage in terrorist activities? The 
Timothy McVeis, the unibombers, the guy who set off those bombs at the 
olympics or that college kid just a few weeks ago.  Ther are more Americans 
who have engaged in terrorist activities here in the US than foreign 
nationals why aren't they being tracked?
