Unless you can tell the future you have absolutely NO idea if the child
will be miserable. Heck, even if the child is born poor, it does not
mean the child will stay poor. Just because the child is born into a
poor family does not mean the cild will be miserable, or turn to crime.

Let me split this up a bit because I feel you are bringing up a few
different topics here.

First, I said convenient to mark the difference between a woman who has
to have an abortion because her life is in danger and one who chooses
to. I don't feel like I have to defend myself when it comes to women. If
you have a problem with my word, then please accept my apology. However,
now I think the distinction is made, so can we accept that there _is_ a
difference?

Secondly - "ruin the life of the cild" - again - I ask you to look at my
first paragraph. You do not know if the child's life will be bad. Again,
just because a person is poor doesn't mean they are miserable. I know
people who barely make any amount of money. Sure they wan't more, but
are they miserable, no. Also, the last time I checked - everyone feels
miserable at some point in their life. Think about the last time you
felt really, really bad. You probably wanted to die. I know I've been
there. Am I glad I didn't off myself? heck yes!

Thirdly - what about woemn who use BCP and get pregnant anyway? To me,
this is an accident. However, the use of abortion is not appropriate.
Again, using my earlier email - I may _want_ to seal something instead
of paying for it - but I can't.

Lastly - your comment on men. You would not allow me to make such a
statement about women (all women are #insert#), so why make it about
men? It's unfortunate that so many men are assholes, but you cannot say
that about all men. Are you saying some women don't have abortions so
they won't have to deal with the responsibility? As it stands - a man's
role is more than just screwing someone. The woman may have the child
for 9 months, but both parents have the child for 18 years.
