I've always wondered about Adobe's relationship with CFUN/CFUNITED, but
i think they like it, because they can't possible put the kind of focus
into coldfusion at MAX that CFUNITED does. I've been to several MAX
Events (Salt Lake City, New Orleans, Las Vegas), and several
CFUN/CFUnited (04,05,06) and I usually get more out of CFUnited (and i
generally enjoy it more) than I do MAX. I find CFUnited to be a more
focused conference (even though they've added Flex content)... and for
me it's a better networking event as well. I also like that CFUnited
keeps you busy from dawn til dusk with more "after 5" stuff than MAX has
.... BoF groups and such. And I've just found it to be more "social".

I like MAX.. but I don't go to MAX every year. I won't be going to MAX
in 2007... but I will (hopefully) be going to CFUNITED in 2007.
