I understand, but, I guarantee some cannot understand it--even if they can
answer right on a test. This is probably why a good proportion of those who
do not apply it do not. Because they don't understand--not because they
don't want to or because they cannot due to a psychological or other
problem.
As for not giving up--everyone on this list knows I won't! I'm sure some
wish I would!
