First quote
<<<as told that because of the current "situation" in the US in
cavaliers, our KC was turning a "blind eye" to it all but the truth of the
matter was that yes, if they chose, UK Judges who judged at CKCSC shows
could
face disciplinary procedures for judging shows not affiliated to the
relevant
Kennel Club of that country.>>>>>
Then
<<to start with a KC warning to judges that they should
not officiate at overseas events held outside the jurisdiction of kennel
clubs with which the KC has a reciprocal agreement".>>>
Then
<<"To judge at any show throughout the world (apart from open
shows or match meetings in the US) a person must first be approved to award
CC's by the Kennel Club in the relevant breed. In the case of America, the
KC has a reciprocal agreement with the AKC which in turn has no objection to
UK judges judging in shows run by the UKC, providing they meet the above
criteria. The AKC does not object to UK judges officiating at championship
shows run by the Cavalier Club of America or any of its branches. >>>

As far as I can make out, this means that the English Kennel Club is
sanctioning the breaking of its own rules and warnings!!!!!!!!
How absurd can it get! I am shaking my head in bewilderment.
