Turkey meat is not terrible - as I recall -
It is a problem of possibly too much too rich food causing problems
AND - the pan drippings - the greasy 'goodies' that many folks think are
ok to feed (the dogs love it!) but their tummies cannot handle it! It
is too much, too rich, too greasy - and cause terrible problems -
needing vet care -

SO - if your pup might enjoy some of your dinner bounty, be restrained &
share in SMALL portions - total for the day, SMALL amount -- so their
systems don't get over stressed - like ours does sometimes <grin>

I share turkey stuff with my dogs - have for years - but NOT MUCH -
Dogs really, really, really do best on basic, stable, boring, the same
diet .... with possibly a LITTLE treat here & there -

They will LOVE cleaning up the pots & pans! Sure will! But you risk
terrible tummy upsets ---

Good luck & Happy Holidays!!!!
