Susan........I beg to differ with you on this.........just recently on another ALL BREED list this discussion came up and many of the breeders asked the same questions as we do or had closed kennels. Not many would just say "OK - bring her over as long as she doesn't have VD" ! How stupid is that? Cathy is right ........... cockers have gone down the tubes and was probably contributed greatly by this practice. I wouldn't just refuse without asking questions either......
