The pet owners who belong to the CKCSC, USA don't care about the AKC world, they care about their Cavaliers. Most of the breeders in the CKCSC,USA already dual register their dogs and have done since the AKC took the breed. IMO, AKC dogs should be registered with the Club the same way any other dog is registered. Owners do not have to join the Club in order to register their dogs as it stands now. They have to pay higher fees, but there's nothing wrong with that. The constant snide comments directed at the Club are not productive and frankly, are getting boring. What we need are constructive comments directed toward educational programs that will help the membership decide how to vote.
