No, as sad as it may be, it does not appear that the majority of americans can put the dogs ahead of politics and self interest. We are also blind to the fact that all Cavaliers are one breed as it sadly seems many Americans feel there are at least two breeds within the one, AKC Cavaliers and CKCSC Cavaliers. These things have to change before any REAL progress to benefit the Cavaliers will be achieved. Unless they do it will all be posturing and window dressing to make us feel good about ourselves.
