Yes it probably CAN be done but the reality is it is NOT now available outside of the CKCSC. This is why I see this as a current benefit of the CKCSC. All of this could change with time but I was responding to what I see as benefits now. And yes the ACKCSA has annual specialties that are every bit as good as anything the CKCSC puts on, but the events are not as frequent or available in various locations as the CKCSC currently. Also to compete for BIS at these specialties one if finding themselves more and more competing against an ever increasing cast of high paid professionals and huge bankrolls of advertising rather then other breeders when competing at the ACKCSA national. This is not a slam on any AKC event, I attend far more AKC events then CKCSC events and have enjoyed more then one national they have put on. It is just an observation of the differences I see between the two showing venues. As I said each has something to offer.
