But Geri, what are the members of the ACKCSC voting on? And I ask that question in all "innocense" since I am not a member. And, for the record, my non-membership is not based on any negative feelings, just on the fact that I don't really see any benefit to my dogs for me to be a member of a club in which I don't have to belong to in order to show my dogs in. FYI, I been asked to join when the club was formed but was Chair of "the show from hell" that John Gammon was to judge and some board members were threatening me if we did not find a replacement and I made a decision that I could better serve all sides by waiting to become a member. A year later when I wanted to join the membership was closed.....when it re-opened only after threats by the AKC, I saw as much turmoil there as in the club I already belonged to and had no intention of leaving. Again, what do they vote on that affects the dogs??????
