I feel this is an accurate statement regarding unlicensed practioners who
perform anesthesia free teeth cleaning,  Unfortunately, to a lesser degree,
the same is true of licensed professionals. I think the caveat emptor --
buyer beware is applicable to most situations where you are purchsing goods
or services and it is, unquestionably, advice well taken.
