You wonder how they do it for more than 5 years? My
guess is that is about the average time that most MDS coordinators stay at the
job. Of course there are some that stay at it much longer than that, but many
don't.
I was speaking with Rosemary Dunn from CMS today.
They recognize the impact that turnover has on the entire MDS process.
Training is ongoing and not always sufficient even within CMS.
