Thanks, but I am not "modifying" per correction policy, but actually inactivating. In reality I am modifying, why do they make it so complicated?

I usually put in those lines on page 1 of the new MDS "Correction make to section ___ and sign it. You do not need to get the team to resign because their assessment did not change.
