Even if all the information in the assessment was
the same and the only thing that would be different is the type of
assessment? I guess this confuses me because to me the assessment was
completed on the original R2b and to me the assessment is the same. Why
couldn't you date on the attestation form the date you inactivated the
assessment? To me the assessment of the Resident did not change and they
completed the assessment by the original R2b date. Fortunately I have not
had to do this and hope I don't have to but if I ever do I just want to
understand it.
