I'm required to take call one week per month, but only for policy type
problems. I don't work the floor anymore since I'm the only MDS nurse. If I
worked the floor, there would be no one to do the MDS's and we would fall
behind.
I can't express how much I appreciate the help and support this group gives
me. June
