@DanielLeens Resolved the dev conflicts while preserving execution-scoped cleanup and CDC reporting. Added stale-execution cleanup coverage and four quality-independent ordering cases; merge verification and the 49-test follow-up passed. Freshness-window classification is not implemented in this foundation.
