@DanielLeens Update in d8cb0cbb7: Pushed the cleanup follow-up: fatal report-setup errors now release the in-flight flag and propagate unchanged. Added fatal-error, reentrant-reporting and stale-generation cancellation coverage, plus helper Javadocs. All 38 focused tests pass after dev sync.
