Updated the EN/ZH wording in 5969894235: quoting a HOCON key does not override the path parser during decryption. Rejected paths remain literal, while valid `a->b` expressions are still parsed as paths. The previous sentence was too broad. The two embedded REST integration cases were rerun on the final tree: quoted-HOCON literal-key submission and JSON submission both passed, with zero failures/errors/skips. Root verify also passed. The PR description now separates these local results from remote CI.
