Allison,

I take my pan of meat and place a strainer under it. The strainer is
usually in one side of my sink, above an old container to catch the grease
so that it doesn't go, down the drain.

Subject: [CnD] Draining grease from meat

Hi all,

I'd like to thank you for your help on my previous questions. THe one about
separating eggs and browning ground beef. It is much appreciated. I have
another one, when you brown meat, how do you safely drain the fat or grease?
I've never done this myself, and wondered if you had any suggestions. Thank
you for any help you can provide.

Musically,
Allison
