Fresh ground turkey made with good spices won't taste like this. Some of the
prepared turkey burgers may have such a taste and this is why I make my own.
I think the pre-made beef patties also have this taste and so I always make
them fresh too instead of from frozen.

It's a matter of personal taste. To me they taste like chemicals, but some
