did you made the vdf to cs:go?
Open your .vdf and check if there is something like:
"Plugin"
{
"file" "../csgo/addons/metamod/bin/server"
}
Also make sure the .vdf file is in "...csgo/addons" NOT in
"...csgo/addons/metamod" it's a common error.

I get the same unknown command. Followed directions too a T. Windows 2003
server.
