Hello Patrick,
I don't want DT to make my coffee at all - I think I can do it better myself -.
I just listed what DT does not in reply to a previous reply.
I didn't mean to offend anyone, just to be objective and so neutral as possible.
My first sentence : "... adding RPD capabilities to DT would be an excellent
idea",
and my last : "... there's no hurry at all".
Those who are good at scripting can do much that others can't.
Others have to rely on existing utilities / software (RPD, Gthumb, etc.) and
seeing
people ask for adding features from those is not unusual.
Though I really don't feel the need for DT to handle file transfer from memory
stick to
disk, I think that it should handle subseconds into its renaming scheme.
But, as it seems I'm the only one who use this, and because I think devs have
much
better things to spend their time in, I never felt the need to open a request.
I didn't know MC. Thanks for the tip.
Rgds,
J.-Luc
