This is interesting. I download my files using RapidPhotoDownloader. That has file renaming options, but the subseconds option doesn't include the rest of the datetime :-(. It would be nice to be able to automatically run your perl script as soon as RPD had performed the download. But offhand, i can't think of a way to do that.
