Thanks or the very good synopsis, for looping in fundraising and for
working to get the donation.

I fail to see how the decision to allow the ASF to send funds to
Outreachy will be anything but a board decision.  I view it as paying
for code which is a long standing no-no.  It's a waste of time for this
committee to debate that concern and frankly misleading to the committee
that it will be overturned lightly.
